Written County Records
The Neshoba County Chancery Clerk serves as Public Records Officer. County policy accepts a written form, letter, fax, or email. It does not accept a qualifying public-record request by telephone or in person. Record inspection is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding legal holidays.

Neshoba Court Records
Justice Court is the local route for initial appearances, certain county matters, and early bond activity. Circuit Clerk records can preserve indictments, motions, judgments, and later case disposition.

Tribal Detention Contact
Choctaw Adult and Youth Detention operate within the Smith John Justice Complex under Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians Public Safety. County sheriff and MDOC systems cannot be assumed to cover tribal custody. Youth inquiries must follow confidentiality rules and authorized tribal channels.

MDOC Records and Supervision
State-inmate discharge and time records belong to MDOC. Local parole and probation reporting questions belong to Community Corrections, while the Mississippi State Parole Board makes parole decisions.
