Nature of the Site
Neshoba County Released Inmates is privately owned and has no tie to a sheriff, jail, court, corrections department, tribal authority, or other government body. Severability
If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect. The affected provision will be narrowed only as much as needed to make it lawful and enforceable.
